Our Process
First steps
When you decide you would like to purchase a puppy from Goldie Doodles, we recommend reading our Mamas, Dads, About, and FAQ pages to familiarize yourself with our program.
Once you have done that, you will fill out our Puppy Application. This will give us an idea of which kind of puppy would be a good fit for you, which parents you like and when the ideal time is for you to add a puppy to your home, The application does not commit you to purchasing a puppy, yet. Families who are more flexible on color, gender, coat type, etc. usually get a puppy sooner.
Once you have filled this out, we will message you with the results. You will then choose to be on the Master waitlist.

The Master Waitlist
When a potential litter that fits your criteria is due to be born in the next six months, you will have the opportunity to move from the Master Waitlist to the Litter Waitlist for that litter. When we have a confirmed pregnancy, we will notify you that you can prepare to bring home your new puppy in about three months! When you are notified that pregnancy is confirmed, we will schedule a call to go over our process and make sure everything is understood. You will then have the opportunity to put down a $500 non-refundable deposit and be moved from the master waitlist to the litter waitlist. The deposit will be added to the total price of your puppy.
Movement from Master Waitlist to Litter Waitlist, and picking order is all determined by order of the Master Waitlist.

Puppies!
When the puppies are born we will notify you with pictures as soon as possible.
You will be added to a private google photos album, which will have pictures added often.
We send individual pictures of the puppies every week. And emails with information on getting ready for your puppy.
If you follow us on Facebook and Instagram also, we often post pictures and videos.
Once the puppies are six weeks old, you can come to meet the litter and choose your puppy.
If you live out of state, we can do a video call. We have done this in the past and it has worked very well.
After you have chosen your puppy, you have two weeks to prepare for your puppy.
At the end of the two weeks, when the puppies are eight weeks old, comes the long awaited day, you get to pick up your puppy!
We will send your puppy with a bon voyage bag, which will include things that will help your puppy settle in the first few days in their new home.
